The communication with the staff beforehand was poor, which led to confusion about the check-in time and the location of the keys. It was also difficult to reach the staff, as the phone number listed was incorrect.

The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk or tram ride away from all the historical sites and attractions. We loved being right on the River, it had such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the ironing facilities and air conditioning, as well as the tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe was a bonus for keeping our belongings secure. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we also enjoyed having a sitting area and dining table in our room. the quality of service and room amenities exceeded our expectations.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and very convenient - walking distance to the supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. we appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who made our stay more enjoyable by providing helpful tips and suggestions.

We had some difficulty with the check-in process, as the receptionist was not aware of our queries and we had to spend a lot of time on the phone to try to get them to check us in. the reception seemed to have very specific working hours, which made the check-in and check-out process complicated and difficult.

He arranged transportation for our large group and even allowed us to check in early. a highly recommended place to stay in Prague.

One of the downsides of this hotel was the cleanliness. The dishes and glasses in the kitchen were dirty, and the sponges provided for cleaning were gross.
